AI Enablement & Training

Most AI training stops at the tool. We change how your people work.

AI enablement co-led by an AI practitioner and a behavioural-change coach, turning access into adoption across whole organisations.

A 30-minute call to scope what your organisation needs and where to start.

What we do

The pairing

Tools do not change behaviour. Co-facilitation does.

Two distinct, named experts in interlocking lanes, not one generalist trainer. Every session delivers the technical how and the behavioural will-I-actually-do-this.

Alex, AI Practitioner at Gen-Metrics

Alex

AI Practitioner · Gen-Metrics

Alex leads the AI-knowledge lane: the why and when of AI, use-case design and verification discipline. He builds and runs the live in-session AI tooling, bringing real, deployed AI into the room rather than slides about it.

Glenn Martin, Behavioural-Change Partner

Glenn

Behavioural-Change Partner · Never Mind The Job Spec

Glenn leads the behavioural lane: mindset, habits, adoption and psychological safety. He grounds the technical content in behavioural science so it converts into sustained adoption, not a one-off buzz.

Flagship case study

From AI access to AI behaviour, across a 1,400-person workforce.

Scope
Org-wide AI upskilling, all employees
Format
Co-facilitated virtual cohorts, four baseline topics

The challenge

They had given people the AI tools. The behaviour change was the hard part: inconsistent adoption, no time to experiment, fear and resistance, unclear use cases, a fixed mindset, and governance gaps. Access alone was not moving the needle.

The approach

Two interlocking tracks ran in every session: Alex on the AI knowledge, demos and live builds; Glenn on the mindset, habits and adoption. Four baseline topics took people up the AI Spectrum, and each one shipped a real, reusable tool participants used in the room.

The results

  • 4 baseline topics delivered across 12 cohorts between March and June 2026, more than 1,200 participant seats in total.
  • Three custom AI apps were built and used live in-session: a systems-thinking card generator, a role-matched verification lab, and an AI-judged verification game.
  • In every topic, participants named the hands-on labs as the most valued part of the session.
  • Every participant left with reusable artefacts they had already used: Skills, a verification subagent, a workflow map.

Outcomes drawn from delivery records and post-session feedback across all four baseline topics.

I started with rudimentary AI knowledge and now I feel competent building agents and skills.

I really liked that you were not overly hyping AI but starting with realistic baby steps.

What this is not

We stay in one clear lane.

Not vendor or tool training

We do not teach button-clicking. We complement your internal tool training and own the why and when.

Not a one-off hype keynote

A single talk does not change behaviour. We design for adoption that lasts past the room.

Not fear-based compliance

We frame responsible use as empowerment: here is why the boundaries help you, not a list of what will go wrong.

Questions we hear a lot

Before you book

Isn't this just tool training?

No. Your internal teams and vendors can teach the buttons. We own the why and when: when to reach for AI, how to judge what it gives back, and how to build it into real work. We complement tool training rather than repeat it.

Our team is at very different levels.

That is the norm, and the design handles it. The AI Spectrum meets people where they are, most start at the lower levels, and shows each person the next step for their role. Nobody is left behind and nobody is bored.

We've tried AI training and nothing stuck.

Usually because it taught capability without changing behaviour. Glenn's behavioural track, COM-B, Tiny Habits and psychological safety, is built in from the start, so people leave with one small action they will actually repeat.

How does this fit alongside our internal tooling?

It sits on top of it. We are tool-agnostic and reference your approved tools in context, demonstrating principles that hold whatever stack you run. Your tool training stays; we make people want to use it well.

How is it delivered?

Co-facilitated and virtual by default, in cohorts, with live polls, demos and hands-on labs. We scope format, topics and cohort size with you on the first call, from a single workshop to a multi-topic org-wide programme.
